This collection of tracks was composed using experiments with manipulating electronic sounds through delays and other processing effects. Rather than adhering to the usual linear structures and arrangements, I instead focused soley on sounds and rhythmic patterns. While playing and ilstening to the delay effects, crossing patterns, phasing and building textures, I started to hear new patterns and timbres emerging.
The inspiration for starting these experiments grew out of an MRI scanner that I laid inside last year as part of a medical research project. For half an hour I heard nothing but a series of loud and repeating electronic sounds. I started to meditate in a way by focusing on the rhythms and tones. I was suddenly entranced by the idea of just listening to electronic noises without the confines of a song type structure one would normally employ when composing electronic dance music.

Some weeks later I decided to experiment and mess around with synthesizer sounds, waveforms, effects, processors and minimal patterns.
I later began adding a little shape to a few of them while others I let drift on their own trajectories.
