During 1996 I was invited by the Manchester collective, BoomBooom, to perform at one of their spectacular club nights. Earlier in the evening i had been performing with soul band, The Fabulous BB Kings at a pub in West Yorkshire before jumping into a friend's car for a drive along the M62 to get to my synth set up at the Jabez Clegg in Manchester.
